ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to help facilitate the everyday duties of a real estate office. This role requires skilled multi-tasking and the ability to wear several hats to handle all administrative aspects of a real estate business. You may be the right fit if you are comfortable working in a busy office environment, prioritizing many daily tasks, and delivering a great customer experience! Job Responsibilities:
Administrative duties, including copying, answering the phone, filing, and sending/receiving emails
Provide support to agents and brokers during the sales process, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and sending emails.
Maintain client database (CRM) and communicate with customers, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process.
Produce listing marketing materials (printed collateral, websites, etc.) and assist with social media campaigns.
Assist open houses/broker materials, schedule inspections, appraisals, and service provider appointments
Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Social Media knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps. We will train in our real estate technology.
Candidates must have strong organization and scheduling skills, resourcefulness, detail-oriented, and a friendly focus on customer service.

As a Cranford Theater employee, you are required to work during our peak business times (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, etc.) and you will generally be required to be available during these periods.

DELIVERY DRIVERS & INSIDE HELP
Delivery drivers can make $18-$22/hr. including tips and mileage reimbursement. Drivers should have a minimum one year of driving experience, the ability to work weekends, and a CLEAN driving record is a must.
In-store positions start at $14.25/hour but with experience or after training, there’s the ability to earn higher compensation and advance quickly. Scheduling flexibility and the ability to work weekends is also important for this position.
